These Terms govern your use of the OperatorOS website (operated by Sprint Agentic) and any discovery call you book through it.
Use of the site
You may browse the OperatorOS website and book a discovery call for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or interfere with normal operation.
Discovery calls
A discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation. Booking a call does not create a contractual obligation to engage Sprint Agentic for paid services. Any subsequent engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
No professional advice
Information shared on the website or during a discovery call is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional business advice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including copy, design, and branding (OperatorOS, Sprint Agentic), is the property of Sprint Agentic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Liability
Sprint Agentic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at a discovery call. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
